Trick or treat from car trunks on north Main Street, near The Historic Artcraft Theatre, and from many downtown Franklin businesses from 4 to 6 p.m. Also enjoy a virtual Halloween Hustle 5K run/walk, a Halloween home decorating contest, and an appearance by Sammy Terry at the Artcraft for the 2 p.m. and 7:30 movies.
