The coolest art installation (and setting for great Instagram photos) is the alley next to The Historic Artcraft Theatre, 57 N. Main St., Franklin. It's decorated with nearly 200 colorful kites overhead that are treated with blacklight paint so it’s an even cooler experience when the sun goes down.
