Haberdasher head distiller and owner Brooks Bemis will guide you through the world of cooperage and the vital role oak plays in whiskey and barrel gin production.

Guests will enjoy six samples of different single barrel spirits, an aperitif cocktail and a local chocolate truffle. After the tasting, cocktails and bottles will be available for purchase.
