Come to downtown Franklin for food vendors, entertainment, fireworks and more. The festival kicks off with food trucks and a beer garden starting at 5 p.m. The opening concert is from 5 to 6:30 p.m. by 38th Infantry Division Band, the main act (Blue River Band) is from 7 to 10 p.m. and fireworks begin at 10:10 p.m.
