The City of Franklin has been named one of the “55 Best Small Towns to Visit on a Road Trip of America.”

Franklin was included in the feature by AutoAccessoriesGarage.com. It was one of only 10 Midwest destinations featured, and it was the only one in Indiana.

In including Franklin, the car website mentioned that Franklin was a stop for the antique, vintage and collector cars during The Great Race in 2017.

The car website also highlighted Franklin’s downtown, and its dining, craft brew and wine scene, including a mention for Vino Villa in nearby Greenwood. It also mentioned the antique stories and farmers market that is open on Saturdays in the summer.
